Alex Ruston is a Canadian artist and creative. She lives and works in Grey Highlands, Ontario.
A bit about Alex:
Alex graduated from the University of Guelph in 2012, with an honours B.A in Studio Art. She has worked creatively ever since, both as a visual artist and designer. In 2016, Alex began illustrating greeting cards and started her brand Honour Bright. Now, she continues painting, working on special stationery collections, and illustrating picture books for the kiddos in her life. Alex has also attended school for early childhood education, and currently works with preschool children. She is excited to pass on a love of art and creativity to a new generation.
Alex believes in the power of a handwritten note, in sharing stories with friends, and that the best mornings start with coffee. She finds inspiration in oldies music, flowers, vintage photos, animal friends, and the great outdoors.
